Here is one of the coolest things your bound to see all day if you’re a film fan. My good buddy and logo designer Chris Goldsmith isn’t a fluke; great talent runs in his family. Check out this personal, signed letter from STANLEY KUBRICK sent to his grandfather asking him to head up animation on the film that would ultimately become 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY. STATE OF THE UNION: THE WOMEN NEED YOUR HELP! After much thought and deliberation here’s what we’re going to do: one final show with our current equipment to clear out all old material. Fingers crossed it actually works this time. Following this we will take an indefinite hiatus until our new equipment can be purchased/we learn to use it. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Approx $170 has been raised through generous audience / cast donations. Our biggest cost will be a new mixer - this will mean live shows, better sound and depending on the mixer MUCH FASTER turn around time.  To make this feasible everyone has agreed to buy their own mics and in some cases donate some additional dough  - but we need help with the mixer.  We’re looking at 2 - one that is in the 300 dollar range which is GOOD and one that is in the 600 dollar range which is FANTASTIC. I’m pushing for the 600 because it works via FireWire and will allow for virtually unedited show releases - giving me more time to produce content and actually work on THE SHOW. Anything you can donate will be GREATLY appreciated. Seriously - even 5 bucks helps. We can ultimately do this without your help but it could take months and I would hate that. I’d like to take a 1 month off MAXIMUM.
